I highly recommend unlock physical therapy in Lafayette la. I didn’t feel like I needed therapy for my meniscus repair but my recovery has been much quicker and better results than if I would’ve tried to leave therapy to do myself at home. I know I will need therapy in the future and this is where I will return!
The best physical therapists in the area. In addition to outstanding physical therapy services, they offer shockwave therapy, which has amazing results. They also offer dry needling and laser therapy. Highly recommend!

We are obsessed with this place.. I’ve had two kiddos who needed surgery and came here for after care. When I say they are amazing at what they do I mean amazing! One has been cleared and is doing Exellent and our other one is still in therapy. The staff is always welcoming and supportive from Kirby’s smiling face and always working with our schedule to the big boss Carey and his sense of humor and Jake making our girl laugh everyday even in hard times. Danielle and Emily have been wonderful to both our kiddos. They are always smiling and making our girl so comfortable. This team is exceptional at what they do. Incredibly exceptional!! There’s something about trusting a whole team with your children and I wouldn’t think twice about using them if we ever need them again!
I can’t say enough good things about this place. I went in in August with a tibial plateau fracture. After surgery, with a plate and eight screws, the team at UnLock was top-notch. They pushed me just hard enough, honestly, sometimes harder than I would’ve liked. In hindsight, I appreciate it, though. Six months later, I’m discharged and feeling great about my future and the mobility in my leg. They helped to rehab the muscles. If you’re looking for a physical therapy group that will go above and beyond and will be complete professionals while at the same time allowing you to have a good time, this is the place.
I had a great experience at Unlock Physical Therapy in Abbeville. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. The physical therapist was very knowledgeable and took the time to really understand my specific needs instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach. The treatment plan felt personalized and effective, and I could tell they genuinely cared about helping me improve. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, individualized physical therapy care!
Best physical therapy I've ever went to. He's very good at his job and makes it worth it at the end. After my surgery it took a long recovery and I wanted to give up but he kept me focused. I was able to bring my kids and the staff all welcomed them with open arms and a treat. They have became almost like family and I'd recommend Jonah to any and everyone who needs it!
With the outstanding physical therapist people they have working at this gorgeous location known as Unlocked it is truly unbelievable how great these people really are within the greatness that they have your body working. They actually watch you so close if you're not doing it correctly, they would probably pay you to get you well these are probably the most outstanding physical therapist within the country not just the state of Louisiana
Awesome place for therapy. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They know what it takes to get you back to pain free! They treat each patient according to their specific injury while understanding each injury may be different for each individual… personally I am one of those patients and my injuries and pain are more involved. I have full confidence in the Unlock Team and am patiently awaiting my back to “normal” pain free life!!!!

As an introvert, I was very anxious about going into a new place and being in an unknown environment, but Jonah and his staff makes this place feel so inviting. The staff knows your name and know what you need to help your injury. They are also very professional and patient. I would most definitely recommend using Unlock Physical Therapy in Abbeville!
