Kerry Lamkin, MS, PT
With 33 years of experience as a physical therapist, Kerry Lamkin has built a career defined by dedication, leadership, and a deep commitment to patient care. A native of Belle Chasse, Louisiana, Kerry graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 1992 with a degree in Physical Therapy. He moved to Lafayette the following year, beginning his professional journey serving neuro patients for the first seven years of his career.
Kerry later transitioned into management roles with HealthSouth and LHC Group before shifting his focus to outpatient therapy in 2003. In 2019, he founded **UnLock Physical Therapy**, expanding in 2023 with the opening of the Abbeville clinic. Both locations specialize in outpatient orthopedics and reflect Kerry’s passion for restoring function, improving mobility, and helping patients reclaim their quality of life.
Since 2018, Kerry has proudly served as the physical therapist for **Ragin’ Cajuns baseball, softball, and tennis**, providing specialized care to support the performance and longevity of collegiate athletes. He is also dry needling certified, further enhancing his ability to deliver advanced, evidence-based treatment.
Kerry married fellow physical therapist Beth Lamkin in 1993, and together they have built a family rooted in service, compassion, and community. They share three children and four grandchildren, who remain their greatest joy and motivation.
Kerry’s decades-long career continues to be shaped by his belief in personalized care, functional movement, and empowering patients of all ages to unlock their full potential.

Jacob Lamkin, PT, DPT
Jacob Lamkin is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for helping athletes optimize their performance and stay pain-free. Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, Jacob graduated from Teurlings Catholic High School before attending the University of New Orleans, where he played collegiate baseball. His love for sports and his commitment to improving the lives of others led him to pursue a career in physical therapy.
Jacob earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Woman’s University in Houston, where he honed his skills and deepened his expertise in rehabilitation. After completing his studies, he returned to Louisiana to practice physical therapy, where he combines his knowledge of biomechanics with a personal understanding of the demands placed on the body.
In addition to his work as a physical therapist, Jacob is passionate about coaching and mentoring young baseball players. He offers pitching lessons in his free time, guiding the next generation of athletes to achieve a pain-free and efficient throwing motion. His experience as a former collegiate athlete and his dedication to his craft make him a valuable resource for athletes looking to elevate their game.
Outside of his professional life, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as indulging in his love for hunting. Whether he’s helping athletes recover, coaching the next generation, or enjoying the outdoors, Jacob remains deeply connected to his roots in Louisiana and his passion for both physical therapy and sports.

Danielle Bell, PTA
Danielle Bell is a Physical Therapist Assistant from Lafayette, Louisiana. After graduating from St. Thomas More High School, she earned her undergraduate degree at Louisiana State University and went on to complete the PTA program at Franciscan University in Baton Rouge.
Dedicated to helping her patients reach their goals, Danielle focuses on providing personalized care and support throughout the rehabilitation process. She brings both skill and compassion to her work, creating a positive environment for healing and progress.
Outside of the clinic, Danielle enjoys staying active and keeping up with sports. She also loves spending time with her family, her dog, and especially her nieces. Whether relaxing at the beach with a good book or cheering on her favorite teams, she values balance in her life and the strong sense of community that comes with being a Louisiana native

Kirbie Hollier
Kirbie Hollier is an Office Coordinator in the physical therapy field with nearly 15 years of experience in the medical industry. Known for working well with others and juggling multiple tasks with ease, she helps keep the office running smoothly while supporting patients and staff alike. Originally from Houston, Texas, Kirbie has called the Lafayette area home for the past 13 years.
