Jonah Johnson, PT, DPT
Jonah Johnson is a licensed physical therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine (2018) and an undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana. Specializing in sports orthopedics and advanced manual therapy techniques—including joint mobilization, soft tissue work, and movement restoration—he provides treatment that is specific, progressive, and tailored to each patient’s goals. By combining evidence-based methods with a hands-on, patient-centered approach, Jonah helps individuals—from competitive athletes to active adults—recover from injury, prevent future issues, and achieve their highest performance potential.
Outside the clinic, Jonah enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three boys, making family the most important team of all.
Morgan DeRouen Sagrera, PTA
Morgan is a Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from Catholic High School in 2016 and earned her PTA degree from FranU in 2020. She has been part of the UnLock Physical Therapy team since graduation. Morgan is passionate about creating a fun yet productive environment for her patients and loves building genuine friendships along the way. Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband, Jacob, and their son, Elliott.
Breanna Jones
Breanna Jones is a dedicated healthcare professional from Panama City Beach, Florida, now living in Maurice, Louisiana. She currently serves as the Office Coordinator at UnLock Physical Therapy, where she brings organization and care to the patient experience. A graduate of Comeaux High School, Breanna earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her soon-to-be husband Andrew, along with her family and friends.
